CardTracker.au tracks Pokémon plus 12 other trading card games, including One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball Super, Riftbound, Magic: The Gathering and Disney Lorcana, for stock, pricing and restocks across every major Australian chain, including BIG W, Kmart, Target, JB Hi-Fi, Amazon and EB Games, plus dozens of specialist card shops, continuously and in real time. Every listing on this page was caught the moment it changed, not scraped from a forum or guessed from a screenshot. The same monitoring also powers free restock alerts on Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp, live Australian market price tracking against eBay sold data, and under-market eBay deal scanning, so you're covered whether you're chasing this one product or watching the whole Pokémon TCG market.
What to expect at JB Hi-Fi during a Pokémon TCG drop
General pattern seen across every high-demand restock here, not a claim about this specific listing
JB Hi-Fi doesn't run a release-day drop the way Kmart or Target do: Pokémon TCG here is sold almost entirely through online pre-orders that open one to two months before a set releases, quietly and without an announcement, so the decisive moment usually happens weeks before anyone else has even listed the set. Once that window closes, there typically isn't a second release-day wave to fall back on, and even JB's own restock timing can shift after being announced, one shopper reported a restock promised "today" slipping to "early April" with no further notice. JB Hi-Fi also arms a CAPTCHA-style checkpoint ahead of high-demand events generally, not specific to trading cards, and clearing it as soon as it appears rather than waiting until you actually need to buy removes friction later. Pokémon TCG here is an online proposition; it isn't a retailer to build a release-day in-store plan around.

Common questions
When did this drop happen?
Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolution - Pitch Black Booster was first detected in stock at JB Hi-Fi on 4 Nov, 4:00pm AEDT.
Is it still available?
Not currently - as of our last check (6 days ago) it was no longer showing as in stock at JB Hi-Fi. Stock can reappear without warning, so set up a free alert rather than checking back manually.
How does CardTracker detect this?
We monitor major Australian retailers continuously and record the moment a tracked product's listing flips from unavailable to in stock. This page is generated automatically from that detection, not written by hand.
Will there be another drop?
We don't know in advance - retailers don't announce restock timing to us. If Black Bolt drops again at JB Hi-Fi or anywhere else we track, it will get its own page here, and anyone with a free alert set up will hear about it immediately.
Why is JB Hi-Fi's checkout slow or failing during a Pokémon TCG drop?
Is JB Hi-Fi always like this during a restock?
Yes - the lag, failed cart/checkout attempts and intermittent bot-detection blocks described above are typical of every high-demand JB Hi-Fi Pokémon TCG drop, not something specific to this one listing.
