Pokemon 30th Anniversary Gifts Australia: What the Range Costs and How to Get It

The English 30th Celebration Binder Box at Sugo Toys is not available for general sale.

The Pokemon 30th anniversary gifts Australia has on the market this Christmas sit at two extremes: a top end that is ballot-gated or priced in four figures, and a shelf of product at everyday prices. The 30th Celebration set launched here as the first simultaneous worldwide Pokemon TCG release, and this guide puts current Australian prices on the pieces of the range, shows which ones are effectively unbuyable, and covers how to catch the rest without paying over the odds. It does not try to crown a best gift for a particular collector; the prices and the stock realities are what it settles.

The top end: ballot boxes and four-figure pre-orders

The English 30th Celebration Binder Box at Sugo Toys is not available for general sale. An allocation of the product is reserved for the Pokemon 30th Celebration Ballot, and ballot winners buy through a personal link; the listing itself shows sold out. If the Binder Box is the gift you had in mind, the ballot is the only door in.

The same store lists the Japanese Premium Collector Edition Futuristic Box on pre-order at AUD$1,227.23. That is the four-figure end of the anniversary range.

Lego's first ever Pokémon sets, announced in January 2026 and released on 27 February 2026, the franchise's 30th anniversary itself, are part of the anniversary market too. According to Yahoo News, the most expensive sets, costing $650, sold out quickly, and some were being resold on eBay above their release price before they officially launched.

The middle shelf

Several of the more affordable boxed products are Japanese or Chinese releases, so check the language before you buy:

Singles on eBay

eBay Australia's Pokemon card category is split into price bands, under AU $11.00, AU $11.00 to AU $100.00 and over AU $100.00, which makes it easy to shop to a budget. Japanese 30th Celebration singles circulate there pre-owned, with Jirachi ex, a Pikachu ex SAR and Darkrai & Cresselia among the listings, and an Articuno Illustration Rare from the set was listed at AU $25.00 or Best Offer. Delivery can rival the card itself: one listing at AU $37.44 carried AU $36.25 in delivery on top.

Pay the Australian price, not the converted one

US prices do not translate directly, which is why CardTracker calculates a genuine Australian market price for singles and sealed product rather than converting a US figure. Every price in this guide is in Australian dollars, the local currency. The Australian market prices pages cover 146 tracked sets, built from local sold and active listing data, with per-card pricing, recent movement and the cheapest live listings. That is the number to check before you pay anything.

On the deal side, the 30th Celebration eBay deals page lists below-market listings updated in the last six hours. Seller Deals goes a step further, finding sellers who hold several below-market items at once so you can consolidate into one shipment instead of paying shipping twice.

If a piece is sold out everywhere, alerts close the gap. Retailers are monitored continuously and an alert goes out the moment a change is detected, to Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp at the same time rather than as a daily digest, each with a direct link to the listing. We monitor 56 Australian retailers, covering the major chains such as Kmart, BIG W, Target, JB Hi-Fi, EB Games and Amazon plus a long tail of TCG specialist stores. The core alerts, market prices and deal tracking are free; a paid Premium community adds faster, more finely filtered alerts.

The calendar between now and Christmas

The first wave launched on 16 September, with Big W shipping the Binder Collection in Australia early alongside that launch. The Booster Bundle and Mini Tins follow on 2 October 2026. The Build and Battle Box follows on 20 November 2026, with a 36-pack booster box, Elite Trainer Box and Booster Bundle among its products. The December wave follows, carrying the Sylveon ex Tin and the Greninja ex Tin.

Two things to know before acting on any of it. Preorders for a major set can sell through in minutes. And "in stock" means the product was confirmed available at that retailer within the last 7 days, so always confirm on the retailer's own page before relying on it.

Before you click through

CardTracker is an affiliate publisher: it does not manufacture, sell, hold inventory of or ship any of this product, and any purchase made after clicking a tracked link is completed directly with the third-party retailer or marketplace seller. Prices and stock in live listings move, so treat them as a reason to look and re-check at checkout.
