One Piece TCG Card List: Most Valuable Cards Ranked

Every valuable One Piece TCG chase card ranked with 2026 prices. Which sets hold the money cards, why most binders don't pay for themselves, and the OP13 crash data.

Published 13 September 2026 β€’ 7 Min Read

Most One Piece TCG collections are worth less than the binder they sit in. Commons run five cents to a dollar, and bulk lots of thousands of cards sell for pocket change. A handful of cards, pulled from a few specific sets, carry the entire value. This is the ranked card list of what actually costs money, with live 2026 market prices, the sets that hold the chase cards, and the boom-crash data that tells you whether the hype is about to correct.

The One Piece TCG Card List at a Glance

The One Piece Card Game launched in Japan in July 2022 and globally in December 2022, published by Bandai. The first set, Romance Dawn (OP01), arrived with 121 cards alongside four starter decks: Straw Hat Crew, Worst Generation, the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and Animal Kingdom Pirates.

Since then the card list has grown across 16 main booster sets, multiple extra boosters, starter decks, and premium collections. The game is succeeding where its predecessor failed. A 2003 One Piece Collectible Card Game launched and disappeared quickly, making no real impact on the CCG community. The current game is building something the 2003 version never did: a secondary market with six-figure sales.

The card list now runs into the thousands. Almost none of those cards are worth more than a dollar.

Which Cards Actually Hold Value: Rarities Explained

The One Piece TCG rarity ladder determines whether a card is bulk or a chase card. The gap between tiers is not incremental. It is categorical.

C (Common) and UC (Uncommon) are bulk. R (Rare) adds some shine. SR (Super Rare) brings big art and bigger hype. SEC (Secret Rare) is where pulls start to register. AA (Alternate Art) gives an existing card a dramatically different treatment. Then the real money tier: SP (Special Parallel) variants and manga rares, which combine extreme scarcity with character appeal. Even DON!! resource cards get chase variants in gold.

Chase cards are high-rarity, low-print-run cards that every collector wants. The SP tier dominates the top of the value chart in 2026, with the Extra Booster: Anime 25th Collection placing five of the top ten most valuable cards on the market.

The rarity label on the card is the entire difference between bulk and a four-figure sale. Learn the ladder before you spend.

The Most Valuable One Piece TCG Cards Right Now

The ranking is rebuilt from the latest catalog prices, so the top spot can shift. As of mid-2026, here is what the money cards cost.

Boa Hancock SP from the Extra Booster: Anime 25th Collection sits at the top of the pullable chart with a market price of $6,970. Monkey D. Luffy SP from the same set follows at $3,967, and Tony Tony Chopper SP at $2,856.

The manga rare tier forms the next rung. Sakazuki Manga from The Time of Battle trades at $1,211. Kuzan Manga from the same set follows at $1,158. Enel Manga from Adventure on Kami's Island runs $1,083.

Two more Anime 25th Collection SP cards round out the top tier: Charlotte Pudding SP at $1,199 and Perona SP at $1,050.

These are raw, ungraded market prices. Graded copies in PSA 10 trade substantially higher. The OP13 Red Manga Luffy commands about $32,800 in PSA 10 with a verified Black Label record of $165,100. The OP05 Gear 5 Manga Luffy sits near $19,900 in PSA 10, and the OP09 Roger Manga at about $18,800.

CardTracker tracks One Piece booster box deals from OP01 through OP18, so you can compare sealed prices against the chase cards inside before you buy.

The All-Time Records: Prize Cards You Cannot Pull

The most expensive One Piece cards are not in any booster pack. They are tournament prizes, and they produce sports-card numbers in a game that is three years old.

The all-time record belongs to a Korean Serialized Top Prize Monkey D. Luffy, card number 001 of 077, which sold for $440,420 at Goldin on May 17, 2026, still in its original display box. One winner, one card, one price.

The second-highest sale is the OP05-119 Monkey D. Luffy English Gold from the 2023 World Championship, graded CGC Pristine 10, which sold for $315,600 on Alt in December 2025. It held the record for five months.

The most expensive card you can actually pull from a product is the OP13-118 Red Manga Luffy. A BGS 10 Black Label copy sold for $165,100 on eBay on July 13, 2026.

Only six One Piece cards have ever cleared $100,000. The tournament prize tier illustrates exactly how the collecting market works: the Kaido ST04-003 Championship 2023 Winner card, awarded to winners of Championship 2023 events, is among the most sought-after collector items in the game. Tournament-exclusive cards connect competitive achievement directly to the collector market.

Among widely distributed cards, the rarest is the first serialized Luffy Leader from 2022, limited to 500 numbered copies. Population defines rarity, not price.

Are One Piece TCG Cards Worth Anything?

A few spectacularly, most not at all.

Commons and uncommons run five cents to a dollar. Bulk lots of thousands of cards sell for pocket change on eBay. Value concentrates entirely in manga rares, alternate arts, serialized promos, and prize cards. That is the honest answer.

If you are ripping packs hoping to pay for the box, you are statistically more likely to end up with a stack of commons than a chase card. The SP and manga rare tier is where the money lives. Everything else is gameplay.

Is the Game Any Good?

The One Piece Card Game most resembles Dragon Ball Super Card Game and Hearthstone in how it plays. It separates resource cards from the main deck, which prevents the dead-draw problem that frustrates players in other games.

TheGamer notes that less experienced players will find the streamlined rules beginner-friendly and easy to learn. Dicebreaker's first impressions praised the game for offering a solid gameplay foundation with remarkable consistency and quality of its art design, saying it certainly has an exciting future ahead.

OP05 Awakening of the New Era marked the first time that One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda provided original art for the card game. The art quality is not incidental to the collecting market. It is why people chase the high-rarity versions.

Is One Piece TCG Declining?

The market is young, volatile, and reprint-managed. That is not speculation. It is the record.

The hottest card in the game crashed 77 percent from its hype peak, then recovered to half its peak within months. Bandai officially reprints sets to improve supply. The OP13 Red Manga Luffy tells the full story. In November 2025, first-week hype put a PSA 10 at a reported $99,700. By December to January, the correction landed: PSA 10s traded at $16,000 to $22,570, roughly a 77 percent peak-to-trough crash. By June to July 2026, the market recovered with PSA 10 sales clustering at $35,000 to $50,000.

The demand side is real. When the live-action Netflix series ran a card promo at Rutgers University in January 2026, scalpers attempted to buy cards from attendees, and after the second giveaway, someone broke into the building and stole the remaining cards from a locked office overnight.

The current state of the market: an OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors booster box retails for around $679.99 AUD in Australia. That is a real cost for 24 packs. Whether the chase cards inside justify it depends entirely on which rarity you hit.

Where to Find the Chase Cards: Sets That Deliver

Not every set carries the same ceiling. Three booster sets and one extra booster hold the cards that actually move the market.

OP13 Carrying On His Will has the highest graded-sale ceilings. Its Red Manga Luffy trades near $32,800 in PSA 10. This set produced the $165,100 Black Label record and the 77 percent crash-to-recovery cycle.

OP05 Awakening of the New Era holds the Gear 5 Manga Luffy at about $19,900 in PSA 10. It was also the first set with original Oda art.

OP09 Emperors in the New World carries the Roger Manga at about $18,800 in PSA 10.

Extra Booster: Anime 25th Collection dominates the raw value chart with five of the top ten most expensive cards, led by the Boa Hancock SP at $6,970.

For Australian collectors, CardTracker's booster box deals page tracks live sealed product pricing across the One Piece range. Knowing which set your target card lives in is the difference between buying the right box and opening bulk. The rest is patience, and letting the cycle, not the headline, tell you what anything is worth.
