If you have been searching for Delta Reign secret rare cards, you are probably trying to work out two things: which of the set's 38 secrets are worth chasing, and what a fair price looks like in Australia. Delta Reign arrives on 6 November 2026, with prereleases from 24 October, and it is the English release of Japan's Storm Emeralda, which has been trading since 31 July 2026. Japanese prices are already moving, and they give the earliest read on which cards collectors respond to. This guide does not list all 38 card by card with an Australian price against each; what it does is map the four tiers behind them, name the cards collectors are already chasing, and show the check to run before you pay.
The four tiers behind the 38 secret rares
The English Delta Reign set runs to 141 cards: 103 in the main set and 38 secret rares, numbered 104 to 141, with the gold Mega Rayquaza ex among them. That is one more secret than the Japanese set's 37, part of the growth from the added MEGA Starter Set ex deck and Gym promo cards.
The tier structure comes from Storm Emeralda, whose 37 secrets spread across four rarity tiers:
- 12 Art Rares, 077 to 088: main set cards with a new full-card illustration and no frame, same text and same role in the deck
- 18 Super Rares, 089 to 106: textured full arts and the biggest block in the set, carrying the eight Pokemon ex, the four Mega Evolution ex included, plus seven Trainers and three Special Energy
- 6 Special Art Rares, 107 to 112: the most wanted cards in the box
- 1 Mega Ultra Rare, 113/076: the gold Mega Rayquaza ex, one per set and the rarest of all
In English terms, the six SARs become the set's six Special Illustration Rares: Mega Golisopod ex, Raikou ex, Mega Golurk ex and Mega Rayquaza ex, plus the Supporters Aarune and Zinnia's Trust. The gold MUR becomes the Mega Hyper Rare Mega Rayquaza ex. The set's four Mega Evolution ex are Mega Rayquaza ex, Mega Golisopod ex, Mega Golurk ex and Mega Malamar ex, and only three of them take an SIR slot, with Raikou ex, one of the set's six regular Pokemon ex, filling the fourth.
It is not a card-for-card copy, either. The English set cuts the full-art Mega Rayquaza ex and the regular Eevee ex, and the Kyogre Illustration Rare has been turned into the ETB promo.
The cards collectors are already chasing
The expected top chases are Mega Rayquaza ex in its Special Illustration Rare and Mega Hyper Rare forms, along with Mega Golisopod ex SAR and Zinnia's Trust SAR. For the card-by-card detail, our Delta Reign chase cards guide ranks the chase cards by Japanese market prices.
Zinnia's Trust is a character card of a Trainer who has had fans since Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the classic recipe for a card that gains value, while Aarune, the other Supporter SIR, is just as scarce but with less pull. Raikou ex is the SIR expected to draw plenty of attention in its own right. Its attack deals 200 damage, but a tails coin flip stops it attacking again the next turn, and your opponent takes two Prize cards if it goes down. If you go first, Thunder-Clad lets you search the deck for an Energy card to attach to it on turn one. Oku's painterly, richly coloured art is a fair part of the appeal.
Lower down, PokePursuit's chase rundown puts Heat Rotom ex alongside the four Mega Evolution ex, and in the Art Rare tier the Groudon IR is drawing comparisons to the Groudon IR from Paradox Rift, which has done well on the secondary market. Its Savage Ground attack gains 170 damage while a Stadium with Legendary in its name is in play, and the set's new split Stadiums all carry Legendary in their names.
Scarcity, price and the pull odds
The ladder sets the scarcity. Art Rares are the easiest secrets to pull and the most eye-catching if you collect by art rather than rarity, while Super Rares are the biggest block in the set. Special Art Rares are a lot scarcer, and the gold card is one per set, the rarest of all.
Price does not follow the ladder card for card. The demonstration is Japan: when Storm Emeralda released, the Mega Rayquaza ex SIR priced considerably above the other five SIRs, trailing only the set's highest-rarity Rayquaza card. At the very top, scarcity and price line up: the gold Mega Rayquaza ex is the rarest pull in the set, and in Japan the Mega Rayquaza ex SIR sat above every other SIR in the box.

The Australian price check to run before you pay
Whichever card you end up chasing, the number to judge a listing against is its Australian market value, because US pricing leaves out Australian shipping, import costs and local supply. Our market prices calculate exactly that: a genuine Australian market value per card and per sealed product, built from local sold and active listing data rather than converted US prices. Every set page carries per-card pricing, recent movement and the cheapest live listings, across 146 tracked sets at the moment. Because that value moves as sales and listings come in, run the check on the day you are buying rather than working from an old screenshot. The lookup runs card by card, the same way our lots guide values a multi-card listing: price every card you can identify against its market value and assume the rest are bulk. Judge the total with shipping rather than the sticker price, because shipping is one of the costs a converted US figure never carries. So the full check runs: Australian market value first, the listing total with shipping set against it, and both read on the day you are buying.
Catching a secret rare below market on eBay
Knowing the market value is half the job. The other half is finding the card you want listed under it, and getting there before someone else does. Our eBay deals tracking pulls together the singles and sealed product sitting below Australian market value, scanned continuously, flagging underpriced Buy It Now listings and undervalued auctions ending soon. Every listing shows the total price including shipping alongside the estimated market price, so the saving reads as a percentage at a glance, and seller feedback ratings sit on every listing too. The Seller Deals feature identifies combined-shipping opportunities by aggregating below-market items from the same seller, and the Seller Deals page surfaces listings from high-feedback sellers specifically, which cuts out the noise from new or low-rated accounts. The best deals get snapped up fast, so speed matters as much as the tool. If you would rather be pinged the moment a deal surfaces than check manually, the free WhatsApp or Telegram channels send real-time alerts, and our guide to where Aussie collectors hunt Pokemon card deals covers the hunting grounds. However you hunt, the drill is the same: count shipping in the total, measure the gap against the market value, and move quickly.
How CardTracker.au helps you chase Delta Reign secret rares
We monitor Australian retailers and eBay Australia for trading card stock, restocks and price drops, and calculate a genuine Australian market price for singles and sealed product rather than converting a US figure. Our market prices turn that into an Australian market value per card and per sealed product, built from local sold and active listing data, with per-card pricing, recent movement and the cheapest live listings on every set page. Our eBay deals tracking scans continuously for singles and sealed product listed below Australian market value, with every listing showing the total including shipping beside the estimated market price. Our Seller Deals feature identifies combined-shipping opportunities by aggregating below-market items from the same seller. Against the checks this guide set: the Australian market value comes from the market prices, the shipping-inclusive total set against the market value comes from the deals feed, and the continuous scanning is what catches a listing before someone else does.
Before you pay for a Delta Reign secret rare, check its Australian market value on CardTracker.au and see which live listings sit under it.
